Aaron D. Lovaas is a native of Las Vegas, having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1992. Aaron obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law in 1995, followed by his Master's in Business Administration from UNLV in 2002. Aaron was admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada in 1995 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2000. Aaron received his Diploma in Trial Advocacy Skills from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2002. Aaron practices primarily in the areas of business related litigation, including representation of financial institutions, construction companies and contractors, small business owners and executives, night clubs and entertainment venues. Additionally, Aaron utilizes his MBA to assist clients in business formation, contract drafting and strategic planning. Aaron is active in many local organizations, as well as the American Bar Association, serving as the Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Forum of the Business Law Section and the Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Committee of the Young Lawyers Forum. Aaron has also taught law-related courses to undergraduate students at the University of Phoenix.
